Our Company

Parkshore Development Corp. was founded in 1955 by Bernard (“Bernie”) Steinberg (1927-1992) as a builder of single family homes, expanding into development from shopping centers and apartments to indoor tennis courts. Parkshore Development Corp. is now owned and operated by Bernie’s two sons Richard and Ken, who have concentrated Parkshore’s efforts in the development and management of high quality office space.

1978-Present: Co-Owner – Parkshore Development Corp.
Co-Owner – Parkshore Realty Corp., Licensed Real Estate Broker. Responsible for sales, leasing and property management services of office, retail, and mixed use commercial properties.
